SMS Terms and Conditions

Program Description
BoldTech Solutions LLC (“BoldTech Solutions”) offers a text messaging program for our clients and their staff. We send text messages about IT support tickets, service appointments, technician arrival updates, maintenance or outage notices, and security alerts affecting your accounts or devices, and we reply to text messages you send us. We do not send marketing text messages.
How You Opt In
You can opt in to receive text messages from BoldTech Solutions in either of these ways:
- Website form: On our Contact Us form, check the optional box below the phone field. The box is unchecked by default and reads: “I agree to receive text messages from BoldTech Solutions about my support requests and service appointments. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. Consent is not required to receive services. See our Privacy Policy and SMS Terms.”
- Text us first: Send a text message, or the word START, to our support line (360) 989-1945 or our main line (360) 718-3450. You will receive a confirmation message with these same terms.
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of receiving our services.

Message frequency varies based on your support activity.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details about your plan.
How to Opt Out
Reply STOP to any message at any time to stop receiving text messages. You will receive one final message confirming you have been unsubscribed, and you will not receive further messages unless you opt in again. To resubscribe, reply START.

Carrier Disclaimer
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
