Do you specialize in my industry?
We support businesses across many industries and set each one up around how it actually works. We have dedicated pages for several fields, and more are on the way. Either way, the approach is the same: we learn your systems and requirements first, then build around them. The fastest way to know if we’re a fit is a short call.
There's no page for my industry yet. Can you still help?
Yes. The dedicated pages are rolling out over time, but we already support businesses in fields that don’t have a page yet. The page is just marketing. The support is the same either way, so don’t let a missing page stop you from calling.
How is industry-specific IT different from regular IT support?
The fundamentals are the same: monitoring, security, backup, and support. What changes is the context, the software you run, the rules you answer to, and what a bad day actually costs you. We account for those instead of running one generic setup for every client.
We're small and in a niche field. Are we too small or too specialized?
Almost certainly not. We focus on businesses from about 10 to 100-plus seats, and niche is normal. Most industries run on software a generic provider has never heard of, and that’s exactly the kind of thing we sort out.
Can you work with our existing industry software?
In almost all cases, yes. We manage and protect the line-of-business software your operation runs on, keep it backed up and updated where the vendor allows, and coordinate with your software vendors so support stops being your job.
