Set up once, never managed

Microsoft 365 is where your business actually lives — email, files, Teams, calendars. And in most small businesses, it was set up once, years ago, and nobody has managed it since. Licenses pile up for people who left. Security settings sit on defaults. Nobody’s watching the sign-in logs.

That’s the gap we close. BoldTech manages Microsoft 365 across dozens of business environments every day — provisioning users, enforcing security, trimming licenses, and watching for the sign-ins that shouldn’t be happening. It’s not a side skill for us; it’s daily work.

Whether you need a one-time migration, a security cleanup, or ongoing management, you’ll get someone who’s done it many times before — and who’ll explain it without the acronyms.

“We are a small business and have been using them for all our technical, computer, and cybersecurity needs for over 5 years and they have never let us down.”

What our Microsoft 365 support covers

From first migration to daily management.

“It’s in the cloud, so it’s backed up”

The most expensive assumption in Microsoft 365.

What Microsoft actually provides

Microsoft keeps the service running — that’s their half of the deal. Deleted emails and files are recoverable for a limited window, and then they’re gone. A ransomware hit, a malicious deletion, or a sync error that propagates? Microsoft’s own service agreement recommends you back up your data with a third party. Most businesses have never read that line.

What we add

Independent backup of your mailboxes, OneDrive, SharePoint, and Teams data — stored outside your Microsoft environment, tested, and restorable to any point in time. If something destroys data inside Microsoft 365, your copy lives somewhere the damage can’t reach.

Trusted with the systems that matter

Common questions about Microsoft 365 support

What business owners and office managers ask us about Microsoft 365. If yours isn’t here, call and ask it directly.

Yes — that’s the most common starting point. We assess what you have, document it, fix the riskiest gaps first (usually MFA and stale accounts), and manage it from there. No migration required if you’re already on Microsoft 365.
Yes. Migrations are planned cutovers: mail, contacts, calendars, and files move over, your team gets a short orientation, and everyone’s working in the new environment the next morning. The horror stories you’ve heard come from unplanned migrations — ours are planned.
Probably. Almost every environment we take over has licenses assigned to departed employees or premium plans nobody uses. A license review is part of onboarding, and the savings often cover the cost of our management.
No — and this surprises almost everyone. Microsoft keeps the service running and retains deleted items for a limited window, but their own service agreement recommends third-party backup of your data. If ransomware or a bad deletion hits, retention windows won’t save you. We add independent, tested backup.
At minimum: MFA on every account, rules that block sign-ins from places your staff never works, and phishing protection beyond the defaults. These are also what cyber insurers now require. Most Microsoft 365 environments we assess have none of the three fully in place.
Yes — full Microsoft 365 management is part of every managed IT agreement. We also take standalone projects: a migration, a security cleanup, or a license review, scoped and quoted up front.

A short assessment usually finds wasted licenses, missing security, and no backup. Two of those three are free to fix.
